Uiterste reactiedatum: 16 oktober 2026 Welzijn Capelle zoekt Twee leden van de Raad van Toezicht - één met profiel Bestuurlijk Sociaal Domein - één met het profiel Governance Wegens het vertrek van twee van de leden zoekt stichting Welzijn Capelle twee nieuwe leden voor de Raad van Toezicht. Inhoud van de functie Welzijn Capelle is een verbonden partij van de gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel. De stichting wordt bestuurd door de directeur-bestuurder, ondersteund door twee managers. De Raad van Toezicht (de RvT) houdt toezicht op het beleid van de bestuurder en op de algemene gang van zaken van de organisatie. De RvT staat de directeur-bestuurder bij met raad en advies, vormt een klankbord en functioneert als werkgever voor de directeur-bestuurder. De leden worden door het college van B&W van de gemeente benoemd voor een periode van vier jaar met de mogelijkheid van een herbenoeming van ten hoogste vier jaar. Het is een pré als één van de leden affiniteit heeft met de Capelse samenleving. Profiel lid Raad van Toezicht Bestuurlijk Sociaal Domein - Heeft ruime kennis van en ervaring met het politiek-bestuurlijke domein. Begrijpt de bestuurlijke verhoudingen tussen gemeente, maatschappelijke organisaties en samenwerkingspartners binnen het sociaal domein; - Heeft actuele kennis over het welzijnswerk en de ontwikkelingen binnen het sociaal domein en heeft visie op de beweging naar preventie, vroeg signalering en de verbinding tussen welzijn en zorg; - Is strategisch, analytisch, doortastend en besluitvaardig en heeft een goed ontwikkelde maatschappelijke en sociale antenne; - Stelt zich kritisch en onafhankelijk op.
