Tweede apotheker Vacature: Tweede Apotheker - Apotheek Gagelhof (Utrecht) Ben jij de verbindende factor die met hart voor de zorg en oog voor de mens ons team wil begeleiden? Voor Apotheek Gagelhof, gevestigd in een modern en recent vernieuwd gezondheidscentrum in de veelzijdige wijk Overvecht, zoeken wij een betrokken en empathische Tweede Apotheker (minimaal 3 dagen per week). Onze apotheek bevindt zich in een prachtige, eigen ruimte binnen het centrum en we hechten veel waarde aan een warme, laagdrempelige samenwerking met de huisartsen in hetzelfde pand. Samen met een hecht, loyaal en gezellig assistententeam zet jij je dagelijks in voor toegankelijke en hoogwaardige farmaceutische zorg in de wijk. Wat ga je doen? Als apotheker sta je niet boven, maar ín het team. Je combineert persoonlijke en aandachtige patiëntenzorg met een ondersteunende rol en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen met plezier werkt en processen soepel verlopen. - Zorg & Kwaliteit: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de medicatiebeoordelingen en zorgt er samen met het team voor dat we onze kwaliteitsdoelen en MFB's op een harmonieuze manier behalen. Ook draag je zorg voor ons kwaliteitssysteem (HKZ/NAN). - Coaching & Teamgevoel: Je draait actief mee op de werkvloer en creëert een veilige, positieve sfeer waarin het team de ruimte krijgt om zich te ontwikkelen. Je voert prettige ontwikkelgesprekken en begeleidt (BBL-)assistenten. - Verbinding & Netwerk: Je bent het warme gezicht van de apotheek voor onze samenwerkingspartners. Je bereidt FTO's voor en onderhoudt korte en persoonlijke lijnen met de huisartsen, de thuiszorg, wijkverpleging en specialisten. - Rust in de Organisatie: Met behulp van onze Rowa-robot en slimme automatisering zorg je voor rust op de werkvloer en een overzichtelijk voorraadbeleid. Je denkt graag mee over hoe we onze service, zoals de herhaalservice en baxter-zorg, nóg beter kunnen afstemmen op de behoeften van de patiënt. Wie ben jij? - Je bent ee...
