Tweede Apotheker Apotheek Stellendam Vacature Tweede Apotheker Wegens uitbreding met een nieuw gezondheidscentrum zoekt Apotheek Stellendam in Vaassen op korte termijn een enthousiaste en deskundige tweede apotheker die ons team komt versterken. Ben jij een betrokken apotheker met oog voor kwaliteit, samenwerking en patiëntgerichte zorg? Dan maken wij graag kennis met jou. Als tweede apotheker ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen ons team. Je werkt nauw samen met de beherend apotheker, onze apothekersassistentes en andere zorgprofessionals om onze patiënten de beste mogelijke farmaceutische zorg te bieden. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het bewaken, controleren en optimaliseren van medicatie. - Het geven van farmaceutisch inhoudelijk advies aan patiënten en zorgverleners. - Het begeleiden van het team bij dagelijkse werkzaamheden en kwaliteitsprocessen. - Het meedenken over verbetering van dienstverlening, werkprocessen en patiëntveiligheid - Het onderhouden van contact met huisartsen, specialisten en andere zorgpartners. Wat zoeken wij? Wij zoeken een collega die: - Een afgeronde opleiding Farmacie heeft. - Communicatief sterk is en makkelijk samenwerkt. - Nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en patiëntgericht werkt. - Initiatief toont en graag meedenkt over de ontwikkelingen binnen de apotheek. - Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed functioneert.
