Het bestuur is op zoek naar een enthousiaste tweede secretaris die samen met de eerste secretaris de administratieve ruggengraat van onze vereniging gaat vormen. De twee secretarissen werken als tandem samen; ondersteunen elkaar en springen voor elkaar in waar nodig. Als tweede secretaris draai je mee in een breed takenpakket: - Notuleren van bestuursvergaderingen en de Algemene Ledenvergadering - Correspondentie voeren namens de vereniging - Meewerken aan de ledenadministratie en het beheer van onze IT-systemen - Bijdragen aan het jaarverslag en de vergaderstukken voor de ALV - Meehelpen met praktische zaken zoals de noodzakelijke vergunningen en de inschrijving bij de Kamer van Koophandel - Contactpersoon zijn voor een deel van onze commissies - En natuurlijk: meewerken aan alles wat er in een actief bestuur verder op je pad komt Wie ben jij? Je bent lid van onze vereniging, je houdt van een beetje ordelijkheid én van samenwerken. Ervaring met administratie of bestuurlijke taken is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Enthousiasme telt minstens zo zwaar. Interesse of gewoon eens vrijblijvend informeren?
