Als tweedelijns ICT beheerder ben jij de schakel tussen de servicedesk en system engineers. Je analyseert incidenten, lost verstoringen structureel op en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Je werkt met onder andere Microsoft, Citrix en VDI binnen een omgeving waar techniek en maatschappelijke impact samenkomen. Stack : Microsoft, Citrix, VDI, incidentbeheer, probleembeheer, monitoring Wat ga je doen? - Analyseren en oplossen van complexe incidenten en verstoringen. - Uitvoeren van probleemanalyses en bijdragen aan structurele verbeteringen. - Ondersteunen van de servicedesk bij escalaties en technische vraagstukken. - Documenteren van oplossingen en opstellen van kennisitems. - Meedenken over verbeteringen in processen, beheer en monitoring. - Samenwerken met system engineers bij grotere technische uitdagingen. Wat kun je verwachten? - Een uitdagende rol binnen een grote en bedrijfskritische ICT-omgeving. - Veel samenwerking met collega's binnen ICT en verschillende afdelingen. - Ruimte om je technische kennis breed in te zetten en verder te ontwikkelen. - Een omgeving met korte lijnen en veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid. - Indien gewenst: Leaseauto + tankpas. Wat breng je mee? - Minimaal een relevant MBO 4-diploma richting ICT. - Aantoonbare ervaring met incident- en probleembeheer in een grotere ICT-omgeving. - Ervaring met Microsoft, Citrix en VDI-omgevingen. - Aantoonbare technische certificeringen. - Sterke analytische vaardigheden en plezier in het oplossen van technische problemen. - Goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden. - Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan consignatiediensten en buiten reguliere werktijden te werken. - Rijbewijs B en de mogelijkheid om een VOG te overleggen.
