Jij speelt daarin een sleutelrol: jij bent vaak het eerste contact en daarmee hét visitekaartje van onze organisatie. Met jouw servicegerichte instelling en oprechte aandacht maak jij het verschil voor onze klanten. Als 2de lijns support engineer ben jij de schakel tussen onze klanten en IT. Je ondersteunt een brede groep klanten uit verschillende sectoren, wat jouw werk afwisselend en uitdagend maakt. Geen organisatie is hetzelfde en dus ook geen vraag. Je beantwoordt vragen, lost problemen op en zorgt dat alles soepel blijft draaien. Daarnaast help je je collega's van de eerstelijns met vragen als ze er niet uitkomen. Er worden dagelijks zo'n 200 tickets verwerkt door het Service en Delivery team. De ene keer richt je een nieuwe gebruiker in, de andere keer los je een netwerkprobleem op. Lukt het niet om een vraag zelf op te lossen? Dan zorg je voor een duidelijke en zorgvuldige overdracht naar je collega's van het beheerteam, zodat de klant weet waar hij aan toe is. Je draait primair in de eerste en tweedelijns support en zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel en goed geholpen worden. Dankzij ons nieuwe, geautomatiseerde ticketsysteem komen de meeste meldingen binnen via een self-service portal, waardoor jij je kunt focussen op het écht helpen van de klant in plaats van alleen tickets verwerken.
