Als Tweetalige Support Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die met vragen zitten over softwaretoepassingen. Je registreert en volgt klantenvragen nauwkeurig op in een ticketsysteem, analyseert de problemen en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met de klant. Met jouw klantgerichte aanpak maak je snel het verschil.

Tijdens je werkdag behandel je telefonisch en digitaal diverse helpdeskvragen, verwerk je deze in het systeem en houd je steeds het overzicht over de openstaande tickets. Je checkt de identiteit en gegevens van de gesprekspartner, zorgt dat elk dossier correct wordt opgevolgd en denkt graag mee om de klant zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen.

Ben je stressbestendig, kan je zelfstandig werken en hou je van klantcontact in zowel Nederlands als Frans? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. Solliciteer en maak het verschil bij een gespecialiseerde speler in de zorgsector.

  • Je communiceert vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in Nederlands en Frans
  • Je hebt minstens 1 jaar relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en administratief correct
  • Je kan goed omgaan met stress en vindt het leuk om meerdere dossiers tegelijk op te volgen
  • Je hebt ervaring met helpdesk- of registratiesystemen (zoals Autotask)
  • Je bent zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je hebt minstens een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs
