Wir suchen ab sofort: 1 Uhrmacher_in Anforderungsprofil

* Für die präzise und sorgfältige Arbeit ist es wichtig, ruhige und geschickte Hände mitzubringen.

* Zusätzlich sollte die Fähigkeit vorhanden sein, Pläne korrekt zu lesen und räumliche Vorstellungen entwickeln zu können.

* Ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis ist unerlässlich, ebenso eine Affinität zu mechanischen Armbanduhren oder zur Technik generell.

* Geduld und Ausdauer sind ebenso gefragt wie die Bereitschaft, sich regelmäßig weiterzubilden.

Aufgabenbereich

* Mikromechanik und Sicherheit

Die Arbeit umfasst die Herstellung und Wartung spezieller Werkzeuge, die für die Montage von Uhrwerkskomponenten benötigt werden, zum Beispiel feine Schraubenzieher und Pinzetten. Darüber hinaus gehören das Anfertigen von Skizzen sowie das Lesen und Verstehen technischer Zeichnungen zum Tätigkeitsfeld. Es gilt, zentrale Techniken wie Sägen, Feilen, Anreißen, Körnen, Bohren und das Arbeiten mit Maschinen zu beherrschen und entsprechend der Vorgaben anzuwenden.

* Schwerpunkt Zusammensetzen

Zu den Aufgaben gehört das Zusammensetzen der Bestandteile mechanischer Uhrwerke unter genauer Beachtung der vorgegebenen Pläne. Dabei wird kontrolliert, ob alle Komponenten ordnungsgemäß funktionieren. Das Uhrwerk wird gereinigt und geschmiert, Zifferblatt und Zeiger werden montiert, das Werk ins Gehäuse eingesetzt und das Armband angebracht. Abschließend erfolgt die Prüfung der Wasserdichtigkeit der Uhr.

* Schwerpunkt Regulieren

Im Fokus steht das Einstellen wichtiger Uhrenteile wie Anker, Unruh und Unruhspirale, die das Ticken der Uhr ermöglichen. Die Präzision des Uhrwerks wird abschließend sorgfältig kontrolliert.
