Uitbener Heeten Als Uitbener ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het zorgvuldig uitbenen en verdelen van verschillende onderdelen van rundvlees. Dit doe je met precisie en vakmanschap, zodat er hoogwaardige producten ontstaan. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Het uitbenen van verschillende onderdelen; - Het vakkundig verdelen en opdelen van het vlees; - Werken met scherpe messen en de juiste technieken toepassen; - Zorgen voor een schone en hygiënische werkomgeving; - Samenwerken met collega's om het productieproces soepel te laten verlopen. Functie eisen Jij bent een echte doener, hebt een passie voor het vak en werkt nauwkeurig. Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende: - Ervaring als uitbener is een pré, maar geen must - we bieden interne training!;; - Je hebt een vaste hand en kunt nauwkeurig werken met messen; - Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om het vak te leren; - Een flexibele instelling: je bent bereid om in wisselende diensten te werken; - Je weet van aanpakken en bent een echte teamspeler.
