Werk je graag met je handen, heb je oog voor kwaliteit en weet je hoe je een mes correct gebruikt? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Voor ons team zoeken we een gemotiveerde uitbener die zijn vak kent en trots is op zijn werk.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Karkassen van runderen vakkundig uitbenen en versnijden in verschillende stukken
  • Vlees versnijden in bil, schouder, rugstuk, bovenbeen en andere delen
  • Beenderen, vet en ongewenste delen netjes wegwerken - precisie is jouw tweede natuur
  • Vlees sorteren en portioneren volgens de juiste maten
  • Kwaliteit van het vlees controleren - jouw oog voor detail maakt het verschil
  • Werken met professionele messen en snijmateriaal
  • Hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften strikt naleven
  • Werkplek netjes en ordelijk houden
  • Samenwerken met collega's om de dagelijkse productie vlot te laten verlopen
  • Je hebt ervaring met het uitbenen en versnijden van vlees - vakkennis is een must
  • Je weet hoe je karkassen in twee, vier of meer stukken versnijdt
  • Uitbenen en bijsnijden van vlees is voor jou geen probleem
  • Je hebt ervaring met vleesbewerkende handelingen bij runderen
  • Lager onderwijs afgerond - de basis moet kloppen
  • Je werkt graag met je handen en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
  • Nauwkeurig werken zit in je DNA - bij vlees kan je geen fouten maken
  • Je bent fysiek sterk genoeg voor dit werk - het is geen kantoorbaan!
