In onze zoektocht naar een gewaardeerde teamspeler zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste uitbener / versnijder voor een vleesverwerkend bedrijf in Lokeren. Ben jij iemand met passie voor vleesverwerking en beschikt je over relevante ervaring? Lees dan verder!

Functieomschrijving

Als Polyvalent Vleesbewerker ga je na een interne opleiding aan de slag met je collega’s en ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Verwerken van vleeswaren met uiterste aandacht voor kwaliteit en hygiëne.
  • Uitbenen en versnijden van verse hammen en andere vleessoorten.
  • Vlees voorbereiden om te pekelen.
  • Onderhouden van de werkplaats zodat deze altijd voldoet aan de strikte hygiëne-eisen.
  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren van snijtechnieken en bereidingen.
  • Optimaliseren van de productie door een goede samenwerking in een gemotiveerd team.

Profiel

Ben jij de polyvalente vleesbewerker die wij zoeken? Wij kijken naar kandidaten die:

  • Een afgeronde opleiding als slager/beenhouwer hebben.
  • Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring hebben in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Teamspeler zijn met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een verzorgd voorkomen hebben en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor hun werk.
  • Kennis hebben van vleeswaren en bereidingsprocessen, inclusief de relevante snijtechnieken.
  • Ook oog hebben voor hygiëne en bekend zijn met HACCP-normen.
