Voor een gerenommeerd vleesverwerkend bedrijf in Zele zijn wij op zoek naar een Uitbener met passie voor vakmanschap en kwaliteit. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbenen, versnijden en voorbereiden van vleesproducten volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en ervaring zorg je ervoor dat klanten steeds kunnen rekenen op een perfect afgewerkt product.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

✔️ Uitbenen en versnijden van vlees volgens de voorgeschreven specificaties

✔️ Verwerken en voorbereiden van verschillende vleesdelen voor verdere productie

✔️ Controleren van de kwaliteit van de producten tijdens het productieproces

✔️ Correct toepassen van snijtechnieken en werkmethodes

✔️ Werken volgens de geldende hygiëne-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften

✔️ Zorgvuldig omgaan met messen, machines en werkmateriaal

✔️ Mee instaan voor orde en netheid op de werkvloer

✔️ Samenwerken met collega's om de productie efficiënt te laten verlopen

✔️ Signaleren van afwijkingen en meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces

✔️ Je hebt ervaring als uitbener, slager of vleesbewerker

✔️ Je beschikt over kennis van verschillende vleessoorten en snijtechnieken

✔️ Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit

✔️ Je bent fysiek in staat om actief productiewerk uit te voeren

✔️ Je respecteert strikt de voedselveiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften

✔️ Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team

✔️ Je bent gemotiveerd, betrouwbaar en verantwoordelijk
