Voor UWV in Den Haag zijn wij op zoek naar uitkeringsconsulenten voor de afdeling werkloosheidswet. Deze functie start 26 november 2026 en is voor lange tijd. I.v.m. een intensief inwerktraject kan je de eerste maanden geen langdurige vakantie gepland hebben en wordt er full time beschikbaarheid van je verwacht. wat bieden wij jou Salaris van € 2.640 - € 3.400 bruto (38 uur week) Tot 25-08-2027 met mogelijkheid op verlenging Uitgebreide opleiding 32 - 38 uur per week wie ben jij Als uitkeringsconsulent heb jij een afgeronde MBO 4 opleiding. Jij bent communicatief vaardig zowel telefonisch als in geschrift. De backoffice-rol past je helemaal. Je bent leergierig en handig met verschillende (nieuwe) computer systemen. - Je hebt gevoel voor de menselijke maat. - Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt graag duidelijke kaders. - Je bent administratief sterk. Cijfers en dossiers liggen jou goed. - Je vindt de verdeling van 65% administratie en 35% klantcontact prettig. - Je durft en kunt ook moeilijke beslissingen nemen. wat ga je doen Als uitkeringsconsulent zorg jij dat onze cliënten op tijd hun geld krijgen. Je richt je vooral op de backoffice. Jouw werkweek is overzichtelijk verdeeld. Je bent voor 65% bezig met administratie. De overige 35% bestaat uit telefonisch en schriftelijk klantcontact. Het begeleiden van mensen naar werk hoort niet bij deze baan. Verder heb je: - telefonisch contact waarbij je écht door vraagt zodat de cliënt zich gehoord, gezien en geholpen voelt; - de regie en verantwoordelijkheid voor de dossiers die je afhandelt; - de zorg voor de aanvragen die jij beoordeelt en zorg jij voo...
