Als Uitlijnmonteur Vrachtwagens zorg jij ervoor dat trucks veilig, stabiel en met minimale bandenslijtage de weg op gaan. Je werkt met moderne uitlijnapparatuur, hebt veel klantcontact en maakt onderdeel uit van een ervaren team in Rotterdam. Dit ga je doen Als uitlijnmonteur ben jij dé specialist op het gebied van wieluitlijning en rijgedrag van vrachtwagens. Met behulp van geavanceerde meetapparatuur spoor je afwijkingen op en zorg je ervoor dat iedere truck optimaal presteert. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Uitlijnen van vrachtwagens, trekkers en andere bedrijfswagens; - Meten en afstellen van camber, caster en toespoor; - Controleren van wielstanden en ophangingscomponenten; - Signaleren van slijtage aan banden, stuur- en ophangingsdelen; - Adviseren van klanten over reparaties en preventief onderhoud; - Klanten informeren over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden; - Werken met moderne uitlijn- en diagnoseapparatuur. Door jouw nauwkeurigheid voorkom je onnodige bandenslijtage, verbeter je de wegligging en verhoog je de verkeersveiligheid van ieder voertuig.
