Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Wie zijn wij? Wij zijn uitvaartonderneming met een betrokken team, werkzaam binnen de gemeente Stichtse Vecht. Vanuit ons kantoor in Breukelen begeleiden wij families met aandacht, respect en persoonlijke betrokkenheid. Daarnaast beschikken wij over eigen uitvaartcentra in Loenen aan de Vecht, Breukelen en Maarssen én over twee 24-uurskamers in Maarssen. Hierdoor is geen werkdag hetzelfde en ben je op verschillende locaties actief. Wat ga je doen? Als uitvaartbegeleider ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor nabestaanden. Je begeleidt families vanaf het moment van overlijden tot en met de uitvaart en zorgt ervoor dat ieder afscheid volledig aansluit bij hun wensen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het begeleiden en ondersteunen van nabestaanden gedurende het gehele uitvaarttraject. - Het voeren van regelgesprekken. - Het organiseren, plannen en coördineren van uitvaarten. - Het verzorgen van de administratieve handeling van dossiers. - Het controleren van rouwkaarten, rouwadvertenties en drukwerk. - Het onderhouden van contact met crematoria, begraafplaatsen, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen. - Het leiden van uitvaartplechtigheden en het begeleiden van families op de dag van de uitvaart. - Het meedraaien in de bereikbaarheidsdiensten. Met jouw persoonlijke aandacht, organisatie en betrokkenheid zorg je ervoor dat families kunnen terugkijken op een warm, respectvol en waardig afscheid. Wie zoeken wij?
