Of het nu gaat over een uitvaartverzekering, een repatriëring, nabestaandenzorg of de uitvaart zelf, mensen ontzorgen in één van de moeilijkste momenten van hun leven. Dat is wat onze job zinvol maakt en ons de energie geeft om er altijd te staan als één team.

Word jij onze nieuwe Uitvaartondernemer in Genk?

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Uitvaartondernemer help je mee om een kwalitatieve uitvaart te bieden aan de nabestaanden. Je draagt zorg voor de uitvoering en optimalisatie van het uitvaartbeleid in het uitvaartcentrum.

  • Werken binnen de door de zone manager aangegeven kaders en klantgerichte doelstellingen nastreven op het vlak van service en kwaliteit, het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van plaatselijke commerciële relaties en PR én het uitdragen van de handelsnaam
  • Weekendwerk en wachtdiensten uitvoeren
  • Optreden als het enthousiaste gezicht van de zaak en zorgen voor een sterke lokale verankering
  • Regelmatig aanwezig zijn op diensten en wekelijks overleg organiseren om verbinding in de zone te bevorderen
  • Input leveren aan de zone manager over het personeelsbeheer
  • Meewerken aan het opstellen, behalen en opvolgen van het budget
  • Een strategie, acquisitie en marketing van het uitvaartcentrum ontwikkelen en onderhouden
  • De kwaliteit van dienstverlening en infrastructuur garanderen en controleren, en zorgen dat we wendbaar blijven.

Ben jij de Uitvaartondernemer die we zoeken? Dan zijn de volgende eigenschappen je op het lijf geschreven:

  • 1 à 2 jaar ervaring in het coördineren van taken
  • Weekendwerk schrikt jou niet af
  • Je legt de lat hoog en zorgt ervoor dat jouw collega's buiten hun comfortzone treden
  • Nastreven van hoge tevredenheid en kwaliteit voor nabestaanden
  • Goede werkstructuur en overzicht
  • Je hebt voorkeur reeds een eigen netwerk opgebouwd in de regio Genk
  • Een getuigschrift van de cursus begrafenisondernemer is een pluspunt
  • Bevlogen en leergierig, je gaat voor dat ‘net iets meer’
  • Digitaal sterk, kennis van Photoshop, Publisher en Canva is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt een Bachelor diploma of gelijkgesteld door ervaring en beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
