Ben jij een ervaren uitvoerder binnen de elektrotechniek en wil je werken aan hoogwaardige marineschepen in binnen- en buitenland? In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele aansturing van elektrotechnische werkzaamheden aan boord van complexe maritieme projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij stuur je monteurs en onderaannemers aan en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Voorbereiden van projecten op basis van technische tekeningen, bestekken en projectdocumentatie. Opstellen van planningen voor personeel, materialen en gereedschappen. Coördineren en aansturen van monteurs en onderaannemers tijdens de uitvoering. Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid, planning en budget. Toezien op naleving van technische voorschriften, normen en procedures. Bespreken van voortgang, afwijkingen en oplossingen met opdrachtgevers en projectteams. Registreren en verwerken van wijzigingen in projectdocumentatie. Begeleiden van werkzaamheden aan elektrotechnische installaties, bekabeling, kabelbanen en apparatuur aan boord van marineschepen. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Salaris tussen € 3.582,- en € 7.036,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. 8% vakantiegeld. 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen. Auto van de zaak. Werken binnen een organisatie waar innovatie, techniek en vakmanschap centraal staan. Functie-eisen Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau. Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de elektrotechniek. Kennis van maritieme installaties, scheepsprocessen en technische systemen. Een geldig NEN 3140-certificaat. Een geldig VCA-VOL-certificaat. Ervaring met het aansturen van monteurs en onderaannemers. Goede organisatorische en coördinerende vaardigheden. Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Een zelfstandige, resultaatgerichte en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding. Bereidheid om internationaal te reizen en op verschillende projectlocaties te werken.
