- Wijk bij Duurstede - Building Heroes - Gisteren - 15629 Profiel opdrachtgever Deze klantpartner behoort tot de gerenommeerde bouwbedrijven binnen Nederland en realiseert uiteenlopende renovatie-, transformatie- en nieuwbouwprojecten. Vakmanschap, kwaliteit en een mensgerichte aanpak vormen hierbij de basis. Of het nu gaat om monumentale panden, complexe woningrenovaties of grootschalige verduurzamingsopgaven: ieder project wordt met dezelfde zorg en betrokkenheid uitgevoerd. Voor een omvangrijk renovatieproject in Wijk bij Duurstede zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Uitvoerder. Binnen dit project worden bijna 200 appartementen ingrijpend gerenoveerd en verduurzaamd, terwijl tegelijkertijd nieuwe woningen worden toegevoegd door middel van optoppen. De werkzaamheden variëren van gevelrenovatie en betonherstel tot installatietechniek, isolatie en complete woningverbeteringen. Wat dit project bijzonder maakt, is de combinatie van technische complexiteit en de impact op bewoners. Tijdens de uitvoering blijven kwaliteit, veiligheid én bewonerscommunicatie voortdurend centraal staan. Een uitdagende omgeving waarin jouw vakmanschap en leiderschap echt het verschil maken. Functie inhoud Als Uitvoerder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van een grootschalig renovatie- en verduurzamingsproject. Jij bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd. Je geeft leiding aan medewerkers, onderaannemers en leveranciers op de bouwplaats en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor iedereen die betrokken is bij het project. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent verlopen de verschillende disciplines soepel naast elkaar en weet je snel te schakelen wanneer zich onverwachte situaties voordoen.
