Als Uitvoerder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van bouw- en/of renovatieprojecten op locatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij ben je het aanspreekpunt voor vakmensen, onderaannemers en leveranciers op de bouwplaats. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, voortgang en veiligheid van het project en schakelt continu met werkvoorbereiding, projectleiding en andere betrokken partijen. Dankzij jouw overzicht en praktische instelling verlopen projecten soepel en volgens afspraak. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Dagelijkse aansturing van medewerkers en onderaannemers op de bouwplaats - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid - Coördineren van werkzaamheden op locatie - Controleren van voortgang en oplossen van knelpunten - Zorgdragen voor een nette en veilige werkomgeving - Overleggen met projectleiding, werkvoorbereiding en opdrachtgevers - Signaleren van meer- en minderwerk - Toezien op naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen Wie je bent (of wil worden): Je bent een praktische en daadkrachtige professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt op de bouwplaats. Of je nu al ervaring hebt als uitvoerder of wilt doorgroeien vanuit bijvoorbeeld timmerman, voorman of werkvoorbereiding: jij houdt van organiseren en schakelen.
