Uitvoerder Industriële Schilderwerken Werken aan uitdagende schilderprojecten binnen de industrie? Wij zoeken een ervaren Uitvoerder Industriële Schilderwerken voor werkzaamheden binnen de olie- en gassector. Je stuurt schilders en stralers aan, bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit en zorgt voor een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering. Wat houdt de functie in? Als Uitvoerder Industriële Schilderwerken ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en coördinatie van schilder-, straal- en conserveringswerkzaamheden. Je geeft leiding aan een team van doorgaans vier schilders en stralers in de Kop van Noord-Holland. Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden, bewaakt de planning, voortgang en kwaliteit en stuurt bij wanneer dat nodig is. Daarnaast stem je de werkzaamheden af met de werkvoorbereiding van de opdrachtgever en andere disciplines op locatie, zoals steigerbouw en isolatie. Je signaleert knelpunten tijdig en zorgt samen met de betrokken partijen voor een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. Wat breng jij mee? - Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring met industrieel schilderwerk en conserveringswerkzaamheden binnen de olie- en gassector; - Ervaring als uitvoerder, voorman of in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie; - Ervaring met het aansturen van teams van schilders en stralers; - Ervaring met straalwerkzaamheden; - In het bezit van een geldig VCA of bereid deze te behalen; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
