Jij gaat het maken Als uitvoerder zorg jij voor de succesvolle realisatie van onze projecten. Je hebt te maken met zowel de primaire (kabels, lijnen, transformatoren, schakelaars etc.) als secundaire (de beveiligingen en besturingen) werkzaamheden, waarbij je beschikt over ervaren monteurs. In deze functie draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit, veiligheid en financiën van onze projecten en probeer je problemen in een vroeg stadium te ondervangen. Mocht er toch een probleem ontstaan, dan weet je snel en doeltreffend een goede oplossing te bedenken. Een greep uit je werkzaamheden: - Je schouwt het werk en overlegt samen met de werkvoorbereider de juiste hoeveelheid personele inzet en materiaal; - Daarnaast signaleer je afwijkingen en zorg je ervoor dat deze bij het projectteam terechtkomen; - In geval van onveilige situaties grijp je direct in en spreek je de betrokkenen aan op hun gedrag; - Tijdens de projectuitvoering administreer je de status digitaal en houd je nauwlettend de voortgang, kostenbegroting en planning in de gaten; - Tot slot draag je zorg voor een compleet dossier bij oplevering.
