Functie-eisen Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring als Uitvoerder of in een vergelijkbare bouwkundige functie. Je plant en organiseert nauwkeurig, werkt zelfstandig en zoekt actief de verbinding met collega's, opdrachtgevers en partners. Je blijft benaderbaar, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt. - Mbo- of hbo-opleiding in bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting. - Ervaring met uitvoering, kwaliteitsborging en de Wkb. - Affiniteit met BIM, clashchecks en digitale issue-opvolging. - Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, toont leiderschap en zet door bij complexe situaties. - Je werkt accuraat, bent oplossingsgericht en bereikt resultaat met aandacht voor anderen.
