Je verbindt opdrachtgevers, vaklieden en onderaannemers en zorgt ervoor dat het volledige proces - van opname tot oplevering - soepel en gestructureerd verloopt. Je kijkt verder dan alleen de techniek en hebt oog voor planning, communicatie en samenwerking. Je bespreekt mogelijkheden met opdrachtgevers, maakt opnames en werkt deze uit in een duidelijke werkvoorbereiding. Op basis daarvan zorg je dat materialen tijdig worden besteld en dat alle randvoorwaarden voor de uitvoering op orde zijn. Tijdens de uitvoering houd je het overzicht, bewaak je de voortgang en stuur je bij waar nodig. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteit, planning en veiligheid continu geborgd blijven en dat bewoners én opdrachtgevers tevreden zijn. Kort gezegd: jij zorgt voor een strakke organisatie en uitvoering van projecten, waarbij alles volgens afspraak en planning verloopt. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Opstellen van planningen en zorgen dat mensen, materialen en middelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, vaklieden en onderaannemers, waarbij jij zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie en afstemming; - Begeleiden van de uitvoering op locatie en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig; - Bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid gedurende het gehele project; - Onderhouden van contact met bewoners en opdrachtgevers op een professionele en klantgerichte manier; - Signaleren van knelpunten en deze op een praktische en oplossingsgerichte manier aanpakken.
