Functie-eisen Je hebt minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in de uitvoering binnen de bouw of civiele techniek en weet hoe je structuur brengt in een projectomgeving waar veel tegelijk gebeurt. Jij combineert leiderschap met empathie, blijft rustig onder druk en schakelt moeiteloos tussen mensen, planning en uitvoering. - Je hebt ervaring als uitvoerder of in een vergelijkbare rol. - Je kent planning, fasering en werkvoorbereiding goed. - Je communiceert duidelijk en overtuigend met verschillende partijen. - Je werkt nauwkeurig, resultaatgericht en met oog voor kwaliteit. - Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner met een integere en klantgerichte houding.
