Uitvoerder U-bouw Wij zijn op zoek naar een uitvoerder die er zin in heeft om samen met ons te bouwen aan uitdagende projecten in het noorden van het land. Als uitvoerder U-bouw ben jij de spil in de realisatie van unieke, spraakmakende projecten. Projecten die Nederland vandaag vormgeven, en over jaren nog steeds. Of je nu samen met je team werkt aan een indrukwekkende woontoren in het stadscentrum, of bouwt aan de zorg van morgen met een hypermodern ziekenhuis: jij bent degene die alles op de bouwplaats in goede banen leidt. Dit ga jij doen als uitvoerder Sturing geven op de bouwplaats Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor onderaannemers, leveranciers en collega's op de bouwplaats. Je stuurt eigen werk en dat van je team aan, onder begeleiding van de hoofduitvoerder of projectleider. Kosten en voortgang bewaken Jij adviseert over de financiële voortgang en signaleert afwijkingen op tijd. Je verzorgt de projectadministratie en roept materieel en materiaal tijdig af. Kwaliteit bewaken Jij voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Je zorgt dat het werk op de bouwplaats klopt, voordat het een probleem wordt. Werksfeer en veiligheid bewaken Jij zorgt voor een prettige werksfeer op de bouwplaats. Je geeft het goede voorbeeld en creëert een omgeving waarin iedereen veilig kan werken. Nieuwe technieken toepassen Bouwen digitaliseert snel. Jij pakt tools als KYP en Edcontrols zelf op, en denkt mee bij de inzet van bijvoorbeeld drones voor kwaliteitscontroles. Waarom jij?
