Als Uitvoerder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de bouwplaats. Jij zorgt dat alles volgens planning verloopt en dat het team precies weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je coördineert het werk van vakmensen, onderaannemers en leveranciers en zorgt dat materialen en hulpmiddelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn. Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid van het werk en grijpt bij waar nodig om problemen of vertragingen te voorkomen. Ook onderhoud je nauw contact met de projectleider en werkvoorbereider, zodat iedereen op de hoogte is van de laatste ontwikkelingen. Je signaleert uitdagingen vroegtijdig en denkt actief mee over praktische oplossingen. Kortom, jij bent de schakel die ervoor zorgt dat alles op de bouwplaats gestructureerd en efficiënt verloopt. Dankzij jouw overzicht, leiding en organisatie kan het team zich volledig richten op de uitvoering en wordt elk project succesvol afgerond. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je hebt een HBO- of MBO-opleiding in Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting - Je hebt ervaring in de bouw, bij voorkeur in een uitvoerende of leidinggevende rol - Je kunt meerdere projecten tegelijk overzien en bewaakt planning, materialen en voortgang - Je communiceert duidelijk en prettig met collega's, onderaannemers en projectleiders - Je werkt proactief en denkt vooruit, problemen signaleer je voordat ze ontstaan - Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en een gestructureerde aanpak - Je bent praktisch ingesteld, staat stevig in je schoenen en houdt van aanpakken - Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen - Je beschikt over rijbewijs B Functieoverzicht .
