Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de bouwplaats en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens plan verloopt. Of het nu gaat om nieuwbouw, renovatie of utiliteitsbouw: jij bewaakt de voortgang, houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat je team weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je verdeelt het werk, stuurt medewerkers en onderaannemers aan en bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning. Voor onze opdrachtgever werk je aan toonaangevende projecten die vragen om vakmanschap, flexibiliteit en daadkracht. Jij zorgt dat alle neuzen dezelfde kant op staan. Dat doe je door te schakelen met werkvoorbereiders, projectleiders en leveranciers. Je controleert of het werk wordt uitgevoerd volgens tekeningen en bestek, signaleert afwijkingen en grijpt direct in bij knelpunten. Ook op het gebied van veiligheid ben jij het aanspreekpunt: je ziet toe op naleving van regels en zorgt dat iedereen veilig kan werken. Je werkt met moderne middelen zoals BIM‑planning en digitale werkbonnen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte bouwadministratie en een heldere rapportage richting de projectleiding. Jouw communicatievaardigheden komen hierbij goed van pas. Je zorgt voor korte lijnen, duidelijke afspraken en houdt alle betrokkenen goed geïnformeerd. Naast jouw uitvoerende taken denk je ook mee in het optimaliseren van processen op de bouwplaats. Je hebt oog voor verbeteringen en weet waar efficiëntie te behalen valt.
