Je bewaakt dat iedereen werkt volgens de juiste werk- en veiligheidsinstructies, en dat de werkzaamheden voldoen aan de afgesproken kwaliteitsnormen. Je plant, coördineert en stuurt collega's en onderaannemers aan en zorgt dat actiepunten van vergaderingen opgevolgd worden. Je bent een echte doener die houdt van aanpakken. Zelfs bij tegenslagen behoud je het overzicht en weet je mensen te motiveren om het project succesvol af te ronden.
