Voor een nieuwbouwproject in de regio Arnhem zoeken wij een ervaren ZZP-uitvoerder die verantwoordelijk is voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de bouwplaats. Het betreft een nieuwbouwproject met een aanneemsom van ruim € 10 miljoen. Als uitvoerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van de werkzaamheden. Je bewaakt de planning, houdt overzicht en ziet erop toe dat kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang gewaarborgd blijven. Je stuurt onderaannemers en bouwplaatsmedewerkers aan en werkt nauw samen met de projectleiding. Je bent communicatief sterk, schakelt snel en weet uitvoeringsvraagstukken op een praktische manier op te lossen. Wat ga je doen? Als uitvoerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor onder andere: - De dagelijkse aansturing en organisatie van de bouwplaats. - Het coördineren van onderaannemers, leveranciers en bouwplaatsmedewerkers. - Het bewaken van de planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en kosten. - Het signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten en uitvoeringsvraagstukken. - De afstemming met de projectleiding, opdrachtgever en overige bouwpartners. - Het verzorgen van een correcte bouwadministratie en voortgangsrapportages. Je bent de centrale persoon op de bouwplaats en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden volgens planning en gemaakte afspraken worden uitgevoerd. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Wij zoeken een zelfstandige en ervaren uitvoerder die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, overzicht houdt en weet hoe een bouwplaats georganiseerd moet worden. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Een afgeronde MTS-opleiding Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare opleiding. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder binnen de bouw. - Een geldig VCA-VOL-certificaat. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en natuurlijk leiderschap. - Een proactieve, praktische en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
