Als uitvoerder bestaande bouw ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding over renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten, waarbij je zorgt dat alles volgens planning, binnen budget en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitseisen verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers, leveranciers en natuurlijk je eigen team. Omdat je vaak werkt aan bewoonde objecten, is contact met bewoners een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk. Je zorgt ervoor dat zij goed geïnformeerd zijn en dat overlast tot een minimum beperkt blijft. Je taken in het kort: - Voorbereiden en plannen van renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten; - Aansturen van je eigen team en coördineren van onderaannemers; - Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de bouwplaats; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, bewoners en andere betrokkenen; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Administratieve werkzaamheden zoals urenstaten, rapportages en digitale registratie; - Signaleren van risico's en waar nodig bijsturen; - Oplossen van praktische problemen die zich voordoen tijdens de uitvoering.

Naast je dagelijkse werkzaamheden krijg je volop ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. De organisatie investeert graag in haar mensen en biedt concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden. Denk aan het volgen van cursussen op het gebied van projectmanagement, BIM, duurzaam bouwen of veiligheid. Ook is er de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar een functie als projectleider of senior uitvoerder, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor grotere en complexere projecten.
