Uitvoerder Bestaande Bouw Als Uitvoerder Bestaande Bouw bij Van Dillen ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de bouwplaats. Je zorgt dat werkzaamheden veilig, volgens planning en met de juiste kwaliteit worden uitgevoerd. Bij renovatie, verduurzaming en transformatie kom je regelmatig voor onverwachte situaties te staan. Jij houdt het hoofd koel, schakelt snel en zorgt samen met het team voor een praktische oplossing. Je hebt contact met collega's, onderaannemers, opdrachtgevers en waar nodig bewoners en houdt iedereen goed op de hoogte. Je zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen, werkzaamheden goed worden voorbereid en iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je houdt toezicht op de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid en spreekt mensen aan wanneer dat nodig is. Door duidelijk te communiceren en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, zorg je voor een bouwplaats waarop collega's, partners en opdrachtgevers kunnen vertrouwen. Op de bouwplaats werk je nooit alleen. Als Uitvoerder Bestaande Bouw werk je nauw samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders, collega's, onderaannemers en leveranciers. Je zorgt voor een goede samenwerking en weet verschillende partijen op een duidelijke en prettige manier aan te sturen. Bij werkzaamheden in bewoonde situaties heb je daarnaast oog voor bewoners en de omgeving. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat het werk soepel verloopt en het gewenste resultaat wordt bereikt.
