Genoeg over ons, tijd voor jouw uitdaging! Onze specialisatie in funderingsherstel en betonwerk groeit en collega Arjen Eijlers zoekt versterking. En daar kom jij in beeld! Als Uitvoerder ben jij van begin tot eind betrokken bij onze projecten. Jij overziet het geheel, duikt in details en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Van het doornemen van tekeningen tot het aansturen van het team op de bouwplaats: jij houdt grip op de planning, kwaliteit én voortgang. Je schakelt snel met collega's, leveranciers en opdrachtgevers, lost uitdagingen op voordat ze problemen worden en zorgt dat projecten netjes, veilig en volgens afspraak worden opgeleverd. Kortom: jij bent de verbindende factor tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering en zorgt dat vakmanschap ook echt zichtbaar wordt in het eindresultaat. Jouw taken - Om het beeld nog concreter te maken, hebben we een aantal van jouw taken hieronder omschreven: - Bouwtekeningen, stuklijsten en materiaalgebruik analyseren - Planning opstellen en voortgang bewaken - Materialen, gereedschappen en onderdelen tijdig inkopen en laten leveren - Toezien op veiligheid, arbo- en milieuregels - Administratie bijhouden, zoals urenregistratie en bonnen Wat vragen wij? - MBO-niveau 4 werk- en denkniveau - Ervaring als Uitvoerder of Voorman is vereist - Jij hebt een VCA VOL of bereid om deze te behalen - Rijbewijs BE - In het bezit van BHV (of bereid deze te behalen) Wat bieden wij? - Bel voor een salarisindicatie naar Linda Witvoet (06-5884 6799) - Tijdelijke tekenbonus van €3500 - Fietsplan (Lease a Bike) - Voordelen uit de CAO Bouw/Infra - Budget voor onderwijs, opleidingen en cursussen worden geregeld - 20 vakantiedagen + 10 roostervrije én 13 extra dagen (individueel budget) - Gezellig team met jaarlijkse teamuitjes
