Ben jij een ervaren vakman met leidinggevende kwaliteiten en weet jij als geen ander hoe je een bouwploeg aanstuurt? Heb jij ervaring binnen de betonbouw en houd jij graag het overzicht op de bouwplaats? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als voorman ben jij de belangrijke schakel tussen de uitvoerder en het team op de bouwplaats. Je stuurt vakmensen aan, werkt waar nodig zelf mee en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden volgens planning, kwaliteitseisen en veiligheidsvoorschriften worden uitgevoerd. Als voorman ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de bouwploeg. Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je denkt vooruit, signaleert knelpunten en schakelt tijdig met de uitvoerder. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Aansturen en begeleiden van timmerlieden, leerlingen en stagiairs; Bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de bouwplaats; Dagelijks afstemmen met de uitvoerder over de planning en werkzaamheden; Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten tijdens de uitvoering; Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden en verdelen van de werkzaamheden binnen het team; Begeleiden en controleren van opleverpunten; Zorgdragen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde bouwplaats; Uitvoeren en controleren van maatvoering; Controleren of werkzaamheden volgens tekening en planning worden uitgevoerd; Signaleren en melden van gebreken en onveilige situaties; Aanspreken van collega's op veilig en correct werken; Waar nodig actief meewerken met de ploeg op de bouwplaats.
