Als Uitvoerder Bodemsanering heb je buiten de leiding over uitdagende saneringsprojecten. Jij houdt grip op mensen, materieel, veiligheid en planning en zorgt dat iedere locatie verantwoord wordt aangepakt. Wat ga je doen? Als Uitvoerder Bodemsanering leid je voor onze opdrachtgever de dagelijkse uitvoering van bodemsaneringsprojecten. Je werkt op locaties waar verontreinigde grond, grondwater of oude bedrijfsactiviteiten vragen om een zorgvuldige aanpak. Voor de start controleer je de planning, benodigde materialen, veiligheidsmaatregelen en inzet van onderaannemers. Tijdens de uitvoering stuur je vaklieden en externe partijen aan en controleer je of werkzaamheden volgens afspraken worden uitgevoerd. Je houdt daarbij continu zicht op veiligheid, kwaliteit, milieu en voortgang. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld werken aan de sanering van een voormalig tankstation, een industrieterrein of een locatie die opnieuw wordt ingericht. Wanneer tijdens het ontgraven onverwachte verontreiniging wordt aangetroffen, beoordeel je de situatie en stem je direct af over de vervolgaanpak. Je bewaakt hoeveelheden, transporten, leveringen en projectkosten en houdt meer- en minderwerk nauwkeurig bij. Ook ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever, projectleider en andere betrokken partijen. Jij zorgt dat buiten veilig en efficiënt wordt gewerkt, zonder het uiteindelijke resultaat uit het oog te verliezen.
