Als uitvoerder in de bouw heb je de verantwoordelijkheid om het project in goede banen te leiden. Je stuurt jouw collega vaklieden op de bouwplaats aan en neemt een coördinerende rol aan naar de verschillende onderaannemers. Je bewaakt de planning, het aantal manuren, de kwaliteit en de veiligheid van het project. Je registreert de relevante gegevens als keuringen, afspraken en tekent afleverbonnen af. Tot slot ben je aanwezig bij bouwvergaderingen en levert het project op aan de opdrachtgever. Als uitvoerder ben je volledig verantwoordelijk voor de aangewezen projecten.
