Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid op de bouwplaats, maar staat er niet alleen voor. Je werkt met een vaste kern van collega's en partners en kunt rekenen op korte lijnen. Samen los je uitdagingen op en zorg je ervoor dat het werk goed wordt uitgevoerd. Wat ga je doen? · Je organiseert en coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats. · Je bewaakt de planning en zorgt dat werkzaamheden goed op elkaar aansluiten. · Je stuurt collega's, onderaannemers en andere betrokken partijen aan. · Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het werk en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. · Je zorgt voor een goede en veilige werkomgeving. · Je houdt contact met de werkvoorbereiding, projectleiding en andere betrokkenen. · Je denkt mee over praktische oplossingen en verbeteringen op de bouwplaats. Hoe ziet je werkdag eruit? Je begint de dag op de bouwplaats en bespreekt met je collega's wat er die dag moet gebeuren. Vervolgens houd je in de gaten of de planning wordt gehaald, stem je werkzaamheden af en los je eventuele knelpunten op. Gedurende de dag schakel je met verschillende partijen.
