Als Uitvoerder ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en zorg je ervoor dat alles volgens planning verloopt. Je stuurt onderaannemers en ploegen aan, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt dat veiligheid altijd voorop staat. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider, calculator en werkvoorbereider om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten binnen tijd en budget worden opgeleverd. Daarnaast ben je het gezicht naar de opdrachtgever en zorg je voor een goede communicatie met alle betrokken partijen. Jouw taken omvatten: - Dagelijkse aansturing van onderaannemers en uitvoerende ploegen op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens de uitvoeringsfase; - Coördineren van werkzaamheden en zorgen voor een efficiënte logistiek op de bouwplaats; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en interne afdelingen; - Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief meedenken over oplossingen; - Controleren van opmetingen, bestekken en tekeningen; - Bijdragen aan de voorbereiding en nazorg van projecten.
