Met een vast team vakmensen realiseren we projecten van A tot Z: van voorbereiding tot oplevering. We werken nuchter en direct. Korte lijnen, duidelijke afspraken en samen zorgen dat het werk goed wordt uitgevoerd. Projecten lopen uiteen van utilitaire bouw tot woningbouw en renovatie, waarbij we altijd werken met een praktische aanpak op de bouwplaats. De Baan Wij zoeken een Uitvoerder die de dagelijkse leiding heeft op onze bouwprojecten en zorgt dat alles op de bouw soepel verloopt. Je stuurt vakmensen en onderaannemers aan, bewaakt de planning en houdt toezicht op kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en schakelt met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en collega's om het werk goed te laten verlopen. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd en opgeleverd. Daarbij los je praktische problemen op, bewaak je de voortgang en houd je overzicht over het hele bouwproces. We zoeken iemand met bouwervaring die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, duidelijk communiceert en graag de regie pakt op de bouwplaats. Functie Eisen Wij zoeken een Uitvoerder die stevig in zijn schoenen staat en overzicht houdt op de bouw. Je bent een aanpakker die verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag de regie pakt. - Je kunt bouwtekeningen lezen en begrijpt hoe een project is opgebouwd - Je bent duidelijk in communicatie en staat sterk in je schoenen - Je bent oplossingsgericht en schakelt snel wanneer dat nodig is - Je hebt VCA-VOL of bent bereid dit op korte termijn te halen - Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op de bouw - Je bent flexibel en kunt goed omgaan met verschillende situaties op de bouwplaats - ZZP'ers met relevante ervaring zijn ook welkom om...
