Functie inhoud - Dagelijks aansturen en motiveren van het bouwteam. - Coördineren en toezicht houden op de uitvoering van bouwprojecten. - Bewaken van de planning en voortgang van projecten. - Zorgen dat veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen strikt worden nageleefd. - Communiceren met opdrachtgevers, architecten en andere betrokken partijen. - Opstellen en bijhouden van alle projectdocumentatie. - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten op de bouwplaats. - Draagvlak creëren en technische verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het project. - Inspireren van het team en het maximale uit de medewerkers halen. - Proactief en zelfstandig schakelen tussen alle betrokken partijen. Functie eisen - Afgeronde MBO-opleiding in een bouwkundige richting. - Aantoonbare ervaring als uitvoerder binnen de bouw. - Uitstekende communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden. - Stressbestendig en vaardig in het oplossen van praktische problemen. - Kennis van bouwtechnieken en materialen. - Ervaring met het lezen en interpreteren van bouwtekeningen en bestekken.
