Als Uitvoerder Bouw in Emmeloord krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over projecten waar je echt invloed op hebt. Jij zorgt dat vakmensen weten wat er moet gebeuren, onderaannemers op het juiste moment klaarstaan en problemen worden opgelost voordat ze de planning overhoopgooien. Je krijgt daarbij niet alleen verantwoordelijkheid, maar ook de vrijheid om jouw bouwplaats op jouw manier te organiseren. Geen functie waarin je voor iedere praktische beslissing toestemming hoeft te vragen. Jij staat buiten, weet wat er speelt en krijgt het vertrouwen om daar ook naar te handelen. Van woningbouw en utiliteit tot renovatie en verbouw: juist die afwisseling maakt dat geen project hetzelfde is. Wat ga je doen? Jouw dag begint op de bouwplaats. Je kijkt hoe het werk ervoor staat, bespreekt met collega's en onderaannemers wat er vandaag moet gebeuren en houdt ondertussen alweer rekening met wat er volgende week nodig is. Want goed uitvoeren is vooral vooruitkijken. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - dagelijks aansturen van medewerkers op de bouwplaats; - begeleiden en coördineren van onderaannemers en leveranciers; - bewaken van de projectplanning; - organiseren van werkzaamheden en bouwvolgorde; - controleren van kwaliteit en voortgang; - toezien op veilig werken; - uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles; - tijdig signaleren van technische knelpunten; - oplossen van praktische problemen tijdens de uitvoering; - controleren of materiaal en materieel op tijd beschikbaar zijn; - schakelen met werkvoorbereiding en projectleiding; - ...
