Als Uitvoerder bij Oome Raamsdonk werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen renovatie, restauratie, onderhoud en bouw. Jij bent dagelijks verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen op de bouwplaats en zorgt ervoor dat mensen, planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid goed samenkomen. Geen standaard seriematige bouw, maar afwisselende projecten waarbij jouw praktische bouwkennis echt van waarde is. Jouw rol Als Uitvoerder organiseer en coördineer je de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats. Je stuurt vakmensen en onderaannemers aan, bewaakt de voortgang en werkt nauw samen met de Projectleider. Bij renovatie en restauratie kom je regelmatig situaties tegen die vooraf niet volledig zichtbaar waren. Jij houdt het overzicht, denkt vooruit en weet samen met je collega's tot een praktische oplossing te komen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Organiseren en coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden - Aansturen van eigen vakmensen en onderaannemers - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid - Vooruitplannen van personeel, materiaal en materieel - Signaleren en oplossen van bouwkundige en praktische uitdagingen

Wie we zoeken Voor deze functie kijken we verder dan alleen het aantal jaren ervaring. Oome staat open voor junior, medior én senior kandidaten. Ook wanneer je bijvoorbeeld als Assistent-Uitvoerder of Voorman klaar bent om meer verantwoordelijkheid te pakken, kan dit een mooie volgende stap zijn. - Een bouwkundige achtergrond door opleiding en/of werkervaring - Ervaring op de bouwplaats en goed praktisch inzicht - Affiniteit met renovatie, restauratie, onderhoud en/of utiliteitsbouw - Je kunt goed organiseren en communiceren - Je bent verantwoordelijk, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht
