Uitvoerder bouw Als uitvoerder ben je de verbindende schakel tussen opdrachtgevers, projectleiders en montageteams. Je bent regelmatig op de bouwplaats aanwezig, bewaakt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat mensen, materialen en planning perfect op elkaar aansluiten. Dankzij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden verlopen projecten efficiënt en worden eventuele knelpunten snel opgelost. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende renovatie- en nieuwbouwprojecten, variërend van kleinschalige opdrachten tot omvangrijke projecten met honderden woningen. Wat ga je doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse uitvoering van meerdere projecten en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning verloopt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aansturen en begeleiden van interne en externe montageteams; - Bewaken van de planning, kwaliteit en voortgang van projecten; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en collega's; - Coördineren van de inzet van materiaal, materieel en logistiek; - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten tijdens de uitvoering; - Toezien op een veilige en kwalitatieve uitvoering van de werkzaamheden; - Administratief vastleggen van de voortgang en projectafspraken; - Actief bijdragen aan een succesvolle oplevering van ieder project. Vanuit een sterke focus op kwaliteit, vakmanschap en klantgerichtheid worden dagelijks uiteenlopende projecten gerealiseerd voor woningcorporaties, VvE's, aannemers en particuliere opdrachtgevers.
