Je werkt samen met de installatietechnische uitvoerder en geeft richting aan vakmensen en co-makers. Met leiderschap, initiatief en besluitvaardigheid houd je grip op de dagelijkse uitvoering, ook wanneer omstandigheden veranderen. - Je plant, organiseert en bewaakt bouwkundige werkzaamheden. - Je stuurt circa 10 tot 50 vakmensen en co-makers aan. - Je controleert voortgang, kwaliteit, hoeveelheden en veiligheid. - Je bestelt materialen en materieel en houdt administratie bij. - Je stemt af in werkbesprekingen en bouwvergaderingen. Functie-eisen Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring op de bouwplaats en combineert overzicht met een zorgvuldige, resultaatgerichte aanpak. Je communiceert helder, overtuigt waar nodig en werkt met empathie samen met verschillende disciplines. Doorzettingsvermogen en een oplossingsgerichte houding helpen je om ieder project goed af te ronden. - Mbo+- of hbo-werk- en denkniveau, met opleiding Bouwkunde. - Aantoonbare ervaring als uitvoerder in de utiliteitsbouw. - Ervaring met het aansturen van bouwplaatsen en co-makers. - Kennis van Solibri of bereidheid dit te leren. - Kennis van UAV-GC is een pré; je woont in Nederland en mag hier werken.
