Als Uitvoerder Bouw Utiliteit bij Heijmans Utiliteit BV in Rotterdam ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en zorg je ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je werkt aan uitdagende projecten in onder andere Rotterdam, Leiden en Den Haag. Dat kunnen renovatieprojecten zijn waarbij bestaande constructies worden aangepast of projecten waarin bijvoorbeeld de brandveiligheid van een gebouw wordt verbeterd. Vaak gebeurt dat in gebouwen die gewoon in gebruik blijven. Dat vraagt om een goede voorbereiding, duidelijke communicatie en snel kunnen schakelen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit onder andere de elektrotechniek en werktuigbouwkunde. Door disciplines, leveranciers en onderaannemers goed op elkaar af te stemmen, houd jij grip op de uitvoering en zorg je dat het project volgens de gemaakte afspraken wordt gerealiseerd. Wat ga je doen? - Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan de werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats en bewaakt de voortgang. - Je zorgt voor een veilige en gecontroleerde uitvoering volgens de afgesproken kwaliteitseisen. - Je bewaakt de planning en signaleert tijdig wanneer bijsturing nodig is. - Je stemt werkzaamheden af met collega's uit verschillende disciplines, leveranciers, onderaannemers en andere betrokken partijen. - Je zorgt ervoor dat bouwkundige werkzaamheden goed aansluiten op elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige werkzaamheden. - Je denkt actief mee over oplossingen bij complexe renovatie- en verbouw...
