Als Uitvoerder Bovenleiding bij onze opdrachtgever geef je leiding aan projecten die Nederland bereikbaar houden. Van het bouwen en vernieuwen van bovenleidingen tot het aansluiten ervan: jij zorgt dat het werk veilig, vakkundig en volgens planning wordt uitgevoerd. Je weet wat er buiten speelt en wat jouw mensen nodig hebben. Samen met het projectteam stem je de inzet van personeel, materieel en materialen af. Verandert de planning? Dan schakel jij mee en zorg je voor duidelijke afspraken. Daarbij bewaak je de kwaliteit van de draagconstructies en de elektrotechnische uitvoering. Wat ga je doen? - Aansturen en motiveren van jouw team bij bovenleidingprojecten door heel Nederland. - De eindverantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de uitvoering van de projecten. - Samen met het projectteam de personeels- en materieelplanning afstemmen. - De voortgang bespreken en zorgen dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. - Veiligheid en kwaliteit bewaken en deelnemen aan projectoverleggen en toolboxbijeenkomsten. - Werkzaamheden evalueren en verbeteringen meenemen naar het volgende project. - Meebouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling bovenleiding. Je werkt op wisselende tijden, ook 's nachts en in het weekend. Samen met je collega's zorg je dat de bovenleiding klaar is voor het volgende gebruik.
