Als uitvoerder kom je terecht in een team van specialisten waarin samenwerking centraal staat. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over civiele projecten en bewaakt zowel de planning als de begroting. Je coördineert de uitvoering, houdt toezicht op de technische en inhoudelijke aspecten en zorgt dat alles conform de gestelde kwaliteitseisen wordt uitgevoerd. Daarnaast voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit en zie je toe op de naleving van de veiligheidsvoorschriften. Door jouw dagelijkse aanwezigheid op het project ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de uitvoerende medewerkers, de projectleider, werkvoorbereider en de opdrachtgever. Geen dag is hetzelfde en jouw rol als coördinerende en verbindende factor maakt jou onmisbaar voor het succes van elk project. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Je beschikt over MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau en hebt relevante ervaring als uitvoerder binnen de Grond-, Weg- en Waterbouw (GWW) of civiele techniek. In je werk heb je contact met diverse partijen, waardoor je een echte netwerker bent die anderen weet te motiveren om projecten succesvol af te ronden. Je bent gedreven, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht. Daarnaast heb je een VOL VCA-certificering en ben je bekend met verschillende contractvormen, zoals RAW-bestekken, raamovereenkomsten, bouwteamovereenkomsten en geïntegreerde contracten (UAV-GC).
