Smits Vastgoedzorg Werk mee als Uitvoerder De functie Als uitvoerder onderhoud & renovatie bij Smits Vastgoedzorg houd je je bezig met renovatieprojecten voor woningcorporaties en ben je de spin in het web op de projectlocatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van één of meerdere projecten binnen de vooraf gestelde kaders van tijd, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Om dit te kunnen realiseren schakel je continu met alle partijen binnen het projectteam. Je begeleidt voorlieden, teamleden en ketenpartners en communiceert met leveranciers. Daarnaast houd je de voortgang van het project in de gaten en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever op locatie. Opleiding en ervaring Voor deze functie zoeken wij een teamplayer met brede bouwkundige kennis en ervaring in planmatig en groot-onderhoudsprojecten. Je kan goed plannen en organiseren, bent daadkrachtig, sterk in je communicatie en je motiveert jouw teamleden en brengt jouw enthousiasme op hen over. Verder vragen wij - MBO+ werk- en denkniveau (bouwkundig en/of vastgoedonderhoud). - Ervaring in het aansturen van planmatig en/of groot-onderhoudsprojecten. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk). - Kennis van automatiseringssystemen, waaronder MS Office. - In bezit van rijbewijs B(E).
