Bij Ballast Nedam Industriebouw in Rotterdam maak jij het verschil als uitvoerder civiel. Wat ga je doen Als uitvoerder in ons kantoor in Rotterdam ben je samen met jouw team verantwoordelijk voor een veilige, contractuele en binnen budget uitgevoerde realisatie van onze projecten. Vanuit jouw specialisme plan en stuur je de uitvoering aan volgens de werkinstructies en zorg je voor een optimale inzet van mensen, materiaal en materieel. Op de projectlocatie stuur je bouwplaatsmedewerkers en onderaannemers aan, bewaak je de voortgang en signaleer je meer‑ en minderwerk richting het projectteam. Daarnaast draag je actief het VGM‑plan uit en zorg je voor een veilige en goed georganiseerde werkplek. Wat breng jij mee Een afgeronde technische opleiding (mbo/hbo) bij voorkeur richting Civiele Techniek; Aantoonbare ervaring als uitvoerder (civiel); Je bent flexibel ingesteld, een echte teamspeler en met je positieve en energieke persoonlijkheid weet je mensen mee te krijgen; Je hebt een heldere visie op je werk en denkt graag mee; Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal minimaal op B2-niveau, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
