Met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en innovatie realiseert de organisatie uiteenlopende projecten voor publieke en private opdrachtgevers. De bedrijfscultuur kenmerkt zich door korte lijnen, een praktische aanpak en veel ruimte voor eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Als Uitvoerder Civiel ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding op de projectlocatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij stuur je medewerkers, onderaannemers en leveranciers aan en bewaak je continu de voortgang, kwaliteit en kosten van het project. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de bouwplaats, houdt overzicht en weet snel te schakelen wanneer situaties daarom vragen. Dankzij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en technische kennis verlopen projecten soepel en worden doelstellingen gerealiseerd. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Dagelijks aansturen en coördineren van civiele projecten op de projectlocatie. - Leidinggeven aan uitvoeringsteams, onderaannemers en leveranciers. - Bewaken van planning, voortgang, kwaliteit en budget. - Toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en uitvoeren van werkplekinspecties. - Signaleren van afwijkingen, risico's en knelpunten en hier proactief op acteren. - Afstemmen met projectleiding, werkvoorbereiding en andere betrokken partijen. - Verzorgen van voortgangsrapportages en projectadministratie. - Zorgdragen voor een efficiën...
