Als Projectuitvoerder Civiele Techniek toets jij dat iedere dag. Je organiseert de aanleg van riolering, wegen, ondergrondse infrastructuur en bouwrijpe terreinen en stuurt bij wanneer bodem, omgeving of logistiek daarom vragen. Je bent zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor jouw project en zorgt dat vakmensen veilig kunnen produceren zonder grip op kosten en afspraken te verliezen. Je zet de projectdoelen om in een werkend productiesysteem. Je bepaalt welke ploeg waar het meeste resultaat kan behalen, zorgt dat volgende werkfasen tijdig gereedstaan en gebruikt voortgangsinformatie om realistisch bij te sturen. Daarnaast bewaak je dat gemaakte beloften aan opdrachtgever en omgeving in de praktijk worden nagekomen. Je gaat onder andere: - Zelfstandig een civiel project of groot werkonderdeel uitvoeren; - Werkstromen opdelen in haalbare productie-eenheden; - Een vooruitkijkplanning voor meerdere weken opstellen; - Startvoorwaarden voor nieuwe werkzaamheden controleren; - Ploegen en onderaannemers voorzien van duidelijke opdrachten; - Medewerkers en machines doelgericht over werkvakken verdelen; Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van civiele werkzaamheden en kunt zelfstandig een projectorganisatie draaiende houden. Je combineert aanwezigheid buiten met voldoende discipline voor planning, kosten en verslaglegging. Je luistert naar de ploeg, maar durft ook een duidelijke grens of prioriteit te stellen. We verwachten dat jij: - Een mbo- of hbo-opleiding hebt afgerond in Civiele Techniek, Infra, Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting; - Ervaring hebt als uitvoerder of assistent-...
